The wedi Fundo Primo range of pre-formed shower trays are for flush-to-floor shower installations. Constructed from the same materials as the wedi Tile Backer Board, each tray consists of a blue core made from extruded polystyrene rigid foam that is reinforced with glass fibre (with alkali-resistant finish) on both sides and coated with a polymer-modified cement. This core is 100% waterproof and remains fully functional even after possible damage.

wedi Fundo Primo Shower Trays have pre-formed falls built into the tray, which direct the flow of water towards the drainage trap when tiled over. This drainage trap is available is three different positions – central, corner or off-set towards one end.
wedi Fundo Primo Shower Trays are available in a range of different sizes with different drain outlet positions. Choose a drain position from the drop down menu above, and it will then show you what tray sizes are available with that drain position from the Tray Size drop down menu.
wedi Fundo Primo Shower Trays are designed to be used only with the wedi Fundo Shower Drain Kits – these are available in 4 different configurations, and each kit comes with a stainless steel grating and all the fitting accessories.
When fitting a wedi Fundo Primo Shower Tray, use wedi Sealing Tape, Corners & Sealing Gaskets along with wedi 520 Waterproofing Membrane and 610 Adhesive to seal joints between board connections and internal and external corner junctions. We recommend using the wedi Fundo Sealing Set – this complete set contains wedi 520, sealing tape and 2 internal corners for waterproofing up to 10 metres of joints in a shower installation.
