Description
The webersys Protect Tanking Kit is a waterproof tanking system for protecting walls and floors that are sensitive to water. It can be used in humid areas such as sanitary blocks, showers and kitchens, and is suitable for use as a wet room or shower waterproofing system.
The webersys Protect Tanking Kit is ideal for preparing walls and floors prior to tiling.
The webersys Protect Tanking Kit is supplied as standard in shower-sized waterproofing kit complete with tanking tape. Also available separately is a standalone 7kg tub of tanking membrane.
Each tanking kit contains:
- 1 x 1kg weber PR360 Tiling Primer
- 1 x 4kg tub webersys Protect
- 1 x 7m roll of BE14 Waterproofing tape

Things to consider:
- Not suitable for waterproofing exterior building walls, industrial floors or unstable surfaces
- Not suitable for applying onto areas that are continually immersed, such as ponds and pools
- Not suitable for waterproofing roofs and terraces
- Not resistant to pressuring washing on some substrates

Up to 0.4 kg per coat per m², depending on the porosity of the substrate.
