Description
weber AD250 Additive & Primer is a synthetic, water-based dispersion of highly flexible acrylic polymers. It is used with standard adhesives to improve flexibility. It can also be used as a primer.
weber AD250 Additive & Primer can be used as a performance-enhancing admixture for weberset plus and weberset rapid plus, when tiling onto:
- Low-porosity substrates or tiles
- Wooden floors
- Green screeds
- Heated floors
weber AD250 Additive & Primer can also be used alone as a primer as a surface treatment for:
- Priming porous or dusty surfaces prior to tiling
- Sealing gypsum based substrates prior to the application of a cementitious product
Things to consider:
- This product does not act as a waterproofing system
- Cannot be mixed with grouts to increase flexibility

Usage (approx.): As an additive: 4.5 litres per 20 kg adhesive – As a primer: 0.1 litres/m2 undiluted, depending on porosity of the substrate
