Description
The No More Ply PCD Diamond Blade is a blade with polycrystalline diamond tips for fast, accurate cutting of cement fibre boards, such as No More Ply 18mm / 22mmTongue & Groove Board and standard No More Ply Tile Backer Board.
This blade is designed with only 6 tips to produce a very low amount of dust – using a continuous standard diamond blade causes excessive levels of dust and results in very fast blade wear. The diamond tips of the No More Ply PCD Diamond Blade are made from ultra hard polycrystalline diamond (PCD), and offers up to 20 times the lifespan of regular TCT diamond blades when cutting cement fibre boards. This blade also offers excellent performance when cutting chipboard, MDF and plywood, and ensures a clean cut every time.
This blade is suitable for use in handheld circular saws, mitre saws and saw benches. Wherever possible, use a dust extractor with a suitable filter and always use in a well ventilated area. We recommend setting the cutting depth to 5mm more than the material thickness. This blade is designed for straight cuts only – for awkward shaped cuts and holes we recommend using the No More Ply TCT Jigsaw Blade.
Sizes:
The No More Ply PCD Diamond Blade comes in two sizes – 160mm and 184mm. The 160mm blade has a bore of 20mm and comes with a 20mm-16mm reducing bore washer. The 184mm blade has a bore of 30mm and comes with a 30mm-20mm and 30mm-16mm bore reducer.
