Mira 4650 Aqua Stop is a 1-part cement based elastic component for waterproofing buildings and structures against moisture and water penetration. Ideal for waterproofing terraces, swimming pools, balconies, etc.

Mira 4650 Aqua Stop is suitable for use in industrial areas, the food industry, commercial kitchens, concrete and similar substrates.
Mortar surfaces before the water barrier to protect the ceramic tiles. Mira 4650 Aqua Stop is suitable for use with public wet rooms, laundry rooms, swimming pools, terraces, balconies etc.
Also suitable for concrete structures, facades, chimneys.
Concrete, plaster or other mineral-bonded surfaces.
The substrate must be solid and free of loose particles. Cavities, cracks, etc. should be repaired with waterproof mortar. Surface must be clean of dirt, oil, grease, etc. All paint, adhesive residues must be removed from the absorbent surfaces. Moisten with water (avoid excess water). Transitions, corners, connections, etc. must be strengthened, using Mira Safecoat Roll, Corner Pieces and Sealing Manchets.
Using 12.5 kg of Mira 4650 Aqua Stop powder mixed with 3.3-3.5 liters of clean water, Mix for at least 2 minutes, until the mixture is a homogenous lump of dry mortar.
Apply to the substrate with short hair roller or brush.
Grout can also be applied to the substrate. The surface must bear at least two layers, with about 1 to 1.25 kg per coat. The previous layer must be fully dry before applying the next.
For larger areas, such as swimming pools, etc, the product must be applied in three layers.
Comes in 12.5 kg paper bags.
Storage and transport:
Protect from frost whilst transporting and storing. The shelf life of an unopened carton is 1 year from the production date.
