Description
The Montolit F1 Brooklyn Wet Table Saw is a foldable bridge tile saw, available in 4 different models that feature cutting beds from 1010mm up to 1810mm in length. This saw is designed for accurate and fast cutting of ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles and slabs.
The Montolit F1 Brooklyn Wet Table Saw features a powerful 2200W (240V models) electric motor that can cut tiles up to a maximum thickness of 50mm. It powers a 250mm diameter diamond blade that is water-cooled.
The frame of this table saw is constructed from aluminium and is foldable, to facilitate ease of transport and storage. The legs include mounted wheels at one end for enhanced manoeuvrability and also feature extendable feet for use on uneven surfaces. The perforated cutting bed is made from stainless steel and features the Montolit classic protractor square for keeping the tile in the correct placement for cutting different angles. The bed of the saw is also used as a water reservoir for the blade water cooling system.
The bridge on the Montolit F1 Brooklyn Wet Table Saw is also constructed from aluminium and is tiltable, to accommodate for angled mitre cuts on tile edges. The electric motor and blade assembly is mounted to the bridge and is operated via an extended handle, with the wiring and water cooling pipe supply secured inside a flexible conduit that is mounted above on top of the bridge. The Montolit F1 Brooklyn wet table saw is designed to cut by pulling the blade towards the operator, through the tile.
The Montolit F1 Brooklyn Wet Table Saw is available in 4 models. Each is available in either 230V/2200W or 115V/1500W power outputs.
