Description
The Montolit CPV Diamond Blade for Glass Tiles is a continuous rim diamond blade designed specifically for wet cutting glass tiles, glass mosaic and large sheets of glass up to 30mm thick. It features a special diamond band segment with a very fine grain, that leaves a very fine finish. The diamond band segment has a distinctive V-shaped edge, which almost eliminates chipping on both the surface of the glass tile and its painted side.
The Montolit CPV Diamond Blade is available in the following diameters:
- 100mm (22.2mm bore / 1.4mm thickness)
- 180mm (25.4/22.2mm bore / 1.6mm thickness)
- 200mm (30/25.4mm bore / 1.6mm thickness)
- 250mm (30/25.4mm bore / 1.9mm thickness)
- 300mm (30/25.4mm bore / 2.1mm thickness)
The Montolit CPV Diamond Blade is specifically for wet use only in a water fed tile saw or slitting saw cut-off machine.
When using the Montolit CPV Diamond Blade regularly, redressing the cutting edge daily with an abrasive stone is essential. We recommend you revive the blade several times every day if you use it continuously, in order to avoid damage and maintain the diamond segments. Abundant use of water is also essential when cutting glass tiles or glass panels of any thickness.
