The JACKOBOARD Wabo Tileable Bath Panels are designed to provide a suitable substrate for tiling on the sides and ends of bathtubs. Constructed from the same materials as the JACKOBOARD Plano Tile Backer Board, with a waterproof polystyrene foam core coated on both sides with a fibre-reinforced cement coating that is designed to be tiled onto directly, without the need for additional preparatory work, apart from waterproofing any joints and fixings.
The JACKOBOARD Wabo Tileable Bath Panels measure 30mm in thickness and are available in 3 size formats: 2100 x 600mm, 1850 x 600mm and 850 x 600mm. The two larger panel sizes feature two height adjustable feet at the base and the smaller size features one adjustable foot.
The JACKOBOARD Wabo Tileable Bath Panels are lightweight, very easy to work with and can be trimmed to size with simple tools such as a utility knife or saw. With their water-repellent extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam core and special coating on both sides, they can be finished directly with tiles, plaster or filler compound.
