The JACKOBOARD Sabo Tileable WC Panel Kit is a complete kit designed for creating a tileable substrate over concealed cistern toilet systems. Constructed from the same materials as the JACKOBOARD Plano Tile Backer Board, with a waterproof polystyrene foam core coated on both sides with a fibre-reinforced cement coating that is designed to be tiled onto directly, without the need for additional preparatory work, apart from waterproofing any joints and fixings.
The JACKOBOARD Sabo Tileable WC Panel Kit features two panels, one measuring 1300 x 600 x 20mm and the other measuring 1300 x 900 x 20mm. The latter panel is supplied complete with machined holes to accommodate all standard toilet pipe connections. Included in the kit is 10 fixing washers and 10 self-tapping screws for fastening the panels to the toilet frame assembly.
The JACKOBOARD Sabo Tileable WC Panel Kit is lightweight, very easy to work with and can be trimmed to size with simple tools such as a utility knife or saw. With their water-repellent extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam core and special coating on both sides, once the panels are installed they can be tiled onto directly.
