UltraTile ProClean Grout Aid Final Rinse Additive

Description

UltraTile ProClean Grout Aid Final Rinse Additive is a final rinse additive aiding easy rinse and clean off of mortar grout and cement grouting residues. It helps to eliminate common problematic grout film and hazing. Grout Aid Plus significantly reduces grout haze drying on the surface; this will greatly reduce post installation problems such as patchy grout colours and efflorescence blooming. Grout Aid will only neutralise cement grout residues it is not designed to remove grout polymer film issues. To deal with those issues we would recommend using UltraTile ProClean Resin-Off. UltraTile ProClean Grout Aid Final Rinse Additive is not suitable for use with or around acid sensitive surfaces such as enamel, zinc, chrome, stainless steel, polished marble and limestone, etc.

• Non acid-sensitive tiled surfaces

Directions for use:

1. Always perform a test in an inconspicuous area on-site to check suitability of UltraTile ProClean Grout Aid Final Rinse Additive, prior to use – read these instructions fully before application. If you experience difficulties using this product, please contact the Instarmac technical support team.
2. Always use rubber or latex gloves when using this product.
3. Add 100-200ml per 5 litres of final rinsing water in a bucket. Mix well. Proceed to use as normal with a grouting sponge or tiler’s washboy to clean.
4. Allow to dry (2-5mins). On rough or textured tiles, it may be necessary for a second wash down.
5. If using Grout Aid indoors ensure good ventilation during and after use.

Coverage: Up to 100m² per litre. Coverage will vary depending on surface contamination and dilution rate used.

Points of note: Please ensure that appropriate PPE is used when using UltraTile ProClean Grout Aid Final Rinse Additive. Depending on surface texture, structure and porosity a higher dilution with more Grout Aid liquid may be required. Not to be used for general purpose cleaning. Always protect these areas. Always test UltraTile ProClean Grout Aid Final Rinse Additive in an inconspicuous area. It remains the responsibility of the end user to check the suitability of the product.
