Tilemaster Setaflex Semi-Rapid Tile Adhesive is a flexible, semi-rapid setting floor & wall tile adhesive that has been specially formulated to give an extended pot life of 90 – 120 minutes. Available in white or grey, in 20kg bags. Pallet rates are also available (48 x 20kg bags).
Tilemaster Setaflex Semi-Rapid is suitable for fixing a wide variety of tiles: Ceramics, Porcelain, Marble, Travertine, Limestone, Slate, Granite, Terracotta, Mosaics and Quarry tiles. The extended pot life is ideal for fixing large format and intricate tiles such as natural stone.
Tilemaster Setaflex Semi-Rapid is fast setting and it will accept light foot traffic and grouting after 6 hours. The 6 hour set time means that the adhesive will not stain sensitive natural stone tiles.
Tilemaster Setaflex Semi-Rapid Tile Adhesive is a flexible adhesive and it is ideal for fixing to substrates with limited movement and/or vibration such as plywood overlay and underfloor heating systems as well as for fixing to solid substrates such as concrete and sand/cement screed.
Tilemaster Setaflex Semi-Rapid can be used on: Sand/Cement Screed, Concrete, Plywood Overlay (12mm min), Electric Underfloor Heating, Water/Wet System Underfloor Heating, Tile Backer Boards, Anhydrite Screeds, Plaster, Plasterboard, Fibre Cement Sheet, Cement/Sand Render, and Concrete Brick/Block.
Tilemaster Setaflex Semi-Rapid is ideal for use in areas subject to prolonged or permanent wet conditions such as wet rooms and swimming pools. It can be used internally and externally and it is unaffected by frost after setting.

Coverage: 20kg will cover approximately 5 – 6 m² at 3mm bed application
Open Time/Working Time: 90 – 120 Minutes at 20°C
Before Grouting: Approximately 6 hours depending ontemperature and substrate. The set time will be increased by lower temperatures and reduced at higher temperatures. *Tiling onto an impervious substrate with a non-porous tile will increase the set time.
Storage: Store unopened, clear of the ground in cool, dry conditions
Shelf Life: Stored correctly this product has a shelf life of 6 months
