Description
The BIHUI Diamond Profile Grinding Wheels are a range of convex, concave and half-concave bullnose grinding wheels for creating perfectly finished bevelled tile profile edges and grooves. Designed for use with angle grinders, these medium grit wheels are suitable for use with porcelain stoneware, granite and marble.
Each wheel has a maximum recommended RPM of 11,000 RPM. Bore size for each wheel is 22.23mm.
The BIHUI Diamond Profile Grinding Wheels are available in the following profiles:
Bullnose:
The bullnose grinding wheel is a full round concave profile grinding wheel that is 75mm in diameter and available in either 10mm or 20mm width options. With a #50/60 grit level and 22.23mm bore size. For use with tile edges.
Demi-Bullnose:
The demi-bullnose grinding wheel is a half round, half concave profile grinding wheel that is 75mm in diameter and available in either 10mm or 20mm width options. With a #50/60 grit level and 22.23mm bore size. For use with tile edges.
Round:
The round grinding wheel is a full round convex grinding profile wheel that is 75mm in diameter and available only in a 10mm width option. With a #50/60 grit level and 22.23mm bore size. This wheel is designed for grinding grooves in tiles and stoneware, such as drainage channels.
