Description

The Sigma Diamond Blade For Wet Cutting is a segmented diamond blade for cutting ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, brick, natural stone, marble and granite tiles. It features a 10mm diamond band segment height, and is optimized for cutting tiles at maximum speed with an excellent edge finish. It is for wet use only, in water fed tile cutters and table saws.

This blade has an expected lifespan of 500 linear cutting metres, when used with 10mm porcelain. This blade is suitable for cutting tile thicknesses from 6 up to 60mm. When the diamond cutting segments become dulled, use the Sigma Dressing Stone for diamond tools to restore the diamond particles back to their full cutting sharpness.

• 200mm (30mm bore / 2.1mm thickness / Sigma product code: 60B)
• 250mm (30mm bore / 2.5mm thickness / Sigma product code: 79C)
• 300mm (30mm bore / 2.7mm thickness / Sigma product code: 74C)

The Sigma Diamond Blade Bore Reducing Ring can be used to reduce the bore size from 30mm to 25.4mm to fit machines with a 25mm spindle size.
