Description
The Montolit TOPROFILE Tile Beveling Machine is an edge profiling system for use with ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles. It works by using a diamond profile grinding wheel driven by an angle grinder, secured in an assembly that can be moved along the edge of a tile.
The Montolit TOPROFILE Tile Beveling Machine can be used with any size or thickness of tile and allows you to create miter cuts, bevels, radiused profiles, chamfering, rounded profiles and half-bullnosing, quickly, easily and accurately. It is perfect for creating tile skirting boards with a feature profile edge. The standard machine comes with a medium grit 15mm diamond grinding wheel for producing a 45° chamfer on tiles that are 6mm to 15mm in thickness. Montolit offer a range of different grinding wheels for achieving a variety of profile finishes separately. The M14 angle grinder interface allows for quick and easy changing between wheels.
The Montolit TOPROFILE Tile Beveling Machine slides along the edge of the tile upon a plastic slide plate made from scratch-resistant plastic. It also features two angled hand grips for operation, and a universal vacuum connection for dust removal. The Montolit TOPROFILE Tile Beveling Machine is available with either a 240v or 115v power source, and runs at 11,000 rpm.
