The Montolit Table One Cutting Bench is an extendable, robust and highly adjustable work bench for working with large format tiles. It is designed to work in conjunction with all the Montolit range of tools for large format tiles, such as the Montolit Flash Line 3 Large Format Tile Cutter system.
Large format tiles are fragile and require different processes such as cutting, bevelling and drilling prior to fitment. The Montolit Table One Cutting Bench is designed to facilitate these operations and provide full support for large format tiles. Constructed from steel and aluminium, the Montolit Table One is very robust and can carry a maximum weight of up to 180kg. It is designed to be disassembled for easy storage and transportation, and weighs only 38kg.
The Montolit Table One is highly adjustable – the aluminium support rails can be adjusted lengthways and widthways in various configurations to suit different sizes of large format tile up to a maximum size of 2400mm x 1500mm. The support rails can even be extended lengthways using the optional Montolit Table One Extension Kit, increasing the size capacity to a maximum length of 3000mm x 1500mm. Two individual Table Ones can even be joined together using the included coupling accessory to create an even larger work bench that can accommodate tiles up to 4800mm in length.
The aluminium support rails feature an anti-slip rubber insert to securely grip the most fragile large format tiles. Extra support rails can be purchased separately and added to the table if needed, to support large format tiles with intricate cuts or shapes. A set of 3 horizontal spacer plinths are also included with the table – these can be used to raise the large format tile up to clear the aluminium support rails in order to facilitate cross cuts.
The Montolit Table One is also height adjustable and features 3 different working height settings via the table legs – 790mm, 830mm and 910mm. The table legs also feature adjustable feet for uneven ground.
