Description
wedi Sloped Sealing Corners for Riolito, Riolito Neo & Plano Linea are made from a TPE-coated polypropylene fleece and designed to be used for creating waterproof joins from wedi Fundo Riolito, Riolito Neo and Plano Linea trays to other non-wedi materials, such as screed and plasterboard, etc. The slope for each corner is formed to fit exactly to the slope profile of the tray, for secure waterproofing and easy installation.
When sealing joints and intersections, wedi Sloped Sealing Corners must be fully bedded in wedi 520, wedi 610, wedi 620 or an epoxy-based adhesive. Firstly a contact layer should be applied using a notched trowel and then the entire wedi Sloped Sealing Corner surface should be covered using a smoothing trowel. When using epoxy-based adhesives, the surface must be fully covered and finished with a quartz sand blinding.
