Description

The wedi Fundo Nautilo Curved Snail Wall Shower System is for creating floor level wellness shower areas with curved walls in a ‘snail’ shape. Its unusual shape becomes an absolute highlight in the bathroom if there is enough space available.

The wedi Fundo Nautilo Curved Snail Wall Shower System consists of a specially shaped, curved shower tray which is available in either left or right hand side entry configuration, and two wall element options, constructed from several pre-formed curved segments. All the elements are constructed from the same material as the wedi Tile Backer Board, which consists of a blue core made from extruded polystyrene rigid foam. The rigid foam is reinforced with glass fibre (with alkali-resistant finish) on both sides and coated with a polymer-modified cement. This core is 100% waterproof and remains fully functional even after possible damage.

  Included in scope of delivery: 1 x wall segment type B, 4 x wall segment type C, 1 x wall segment type D, 1 x wall segment type E (reinforced for mounting fittings and shower head), 1 x wall segment type F (reinforced for mounting shower rail), 1 x wall segment type G, 1 x inspection board 40mm, 8 x spring, 2 x rolls of wedi joint reinforcement mesh tape, 7 x wedi 610 adhesive sealant cartridges.

The wedi Fundo Nautilo Shower Tray is designed to be used only with the wedi Fundo Shower Drain Kits – these are available in 4 different configurations, and each kit comes with a stainless steel grating and all the fitting accessories. The wedi Fundo Fino Drain Covers range of optional drain covers are also available should you desire a different design of drain grating.
