Tilemaster Ultimate is suitable for fixing a wide variety of tiles: Ceramics, Porcelain, Marble, Travertine, Limestone, Slate, Quartz, Granite, Composite, Terracotta, Mosaics and Quarry tiles.
Developed for fixing to difficult substrates, Tilemaster Ultimate Tile Adhesive is ideal when fixing to surfaces subject to limited movement and/or vibration, especially timber substrates. Its rapid setting capability allows for light foot traffic and grouting after 3 hours.
Tilemaster Ultimate can be used on: Sand/Cement Screed, Concrete, Plywood Overlay (12mm min), Electric Underfloor Heating, Water/Wet System Underfloor Heating, Tile Backer Boards, Anhydrite Screeds, Plaster, Plasterboard, Fibre Cement Sheet, Cement/Sand Render, Concrete Brick/Block, T&G Floorboards, Floating Floors and Green Screeds.
Tilemaster Ultimate can also be used on the following substrates, when primed with Tilemaster Prime + Grip: Existing Ceramic, Porcelain & Natural Stone Tiles, Flooring Grade Asphalt & Bitumen, Existing Vinyl Tiles, Steel/Metal Surfaces, and Fibreglass.
Tilemaster Ultimate is ideal for areas subject to prolonged or permanent wet conditions such as swimming pools. Tilemaster Ultimate can be used internally and externally and it is unaffected by frost after setting.
Standard Conformity: Conforms to BS EN 12004 C2 F S2
Bed Thickness: 3mm – 15mm
Coverage: 20kg will cover approximately 5 – 6 m² at 3mm bed application
Open Time/Working Time: Approximately 30 minutes at 20°C
Before Grouting: Approximately 3 hours depending on temperature and substrate The set time will be increased by lower temperatures and reduced at higher temperatures * Tiling onto an impervious substrate with a non-porous tile will increase the set time
Storage: Store unopened, clear of the ground in cool, dry conditions
Shelf Life: Stored correctly this product has a shelf life of 6 months
