Made from high carbon steel, ground polished, hardened and tempered for strength and durability.
Ergonomically shaped wooden handle for comfort and ease of use. The steel blade measures 280mm x 130mm.
Available in a range of notch sizes – 3mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 13mm.
