The RUBI DC-250 Smart Advance Automatic Tile Cutter is an electric saw that automatically advances the tile cutting head and continually adjusts the cutting speed and advance rate for an optimal cut. This saw is available with either a 110v or 230v power supply.

The RUBI DC-250 Smart Advance Automatic Tile Cutter is the first of its generation and features an intelligent automatic feed with electronic control. The machine is loaded with predefined parameters and as it advances in the cut, the motor speed is adjusted according to the needs of the disc and the material, always ensuring the best possible finish. This innovative system offers four levels of adjustment, allowing the installer to choose between speed and precision depending on the type of work.

Compared to traditional manual controlled tile saws, the RUBI DC-250 Smart Advance Automatic Tile Cutter produces more uniform and higher quality cuts, as if they were guided by an expert hand. As it adjusts the RPM speed of the cutting blade automatically according to the resistance encountered, the overall performance of the blade is increased, prolonging its useful life and avoiding or delaying its dulling. In addition, its integrated protection system stops the motor immediately in case the blade jams or becomes dull, ensuring safe and uninterrupted operation.

The RUBI DC-250 Smart Advance Automatic Tile Cutter has two operating modes: MANUAL and AUTOMATIC. For those who prefer a hands-on approach, manual mode allows full control over the cut. Automatic mode, on the other hand, allows you to rely on the machine’s advanced technology, obtaining precise results without the need for constant adjustments.

The RUBI DC-250 Smart Advance Automatic Tile Cutter features a 1.5 HP motor mounted on sliding bearings for maximum precision and reliability. It spins at a maximum RPM of 2790 and the motor assembly has a plunge cutting capability. The chassis features folding legs with wheels for transportation and handling, and the cutting bed tables are removable to aid cleaning. The maximum cutting length of this saw is 1080mm, with a maximum tile thickness of 58mm (1 stroke)/88mm (2 strokes). The bridge is tiltable to allow for mitre cutting capability, with a maximum mitre cutting thickness of 55mm.

This tile saw is designed for use with 250mm diameter blades. PLEASE NOTE: This saw is not supplied with a blade.
