PVC Expansion Joint Tile Trim is designed to provide edge protection for tiled surfaces that are exposed to foot and vehicular traffic while absorbing lateral movement of the tiles caused by mechanical stresses. This prevents the tiles from cracking and is often used in large tiled areas, such as office or showroom floors, etc.

PVC Expansion Joint Tile Trim is a lightweight, medium duty expansion joint trim, designed for residential applications or areas with a light to medium traffic load, such as office floors and showrooms.

This trim is designed for use in thin-bed applications, such as ceramic tile installations. The visible width of the joint is 6mm, similar to most tile joints.

PVC Expansion Joint Tile Trim is constructed from rigid PVC, which is resistant to exposure to most chemicals and suitable for exterior use. The movement infill is made from soft rubber, treated to inhibit mould and fungus growth.

PVC Expansion Joint Tile Trim is supplied with a light grey rubber insert, in 2.5 metre lengths.
