Kerakoll BioGel No Limits Flexible Tile Adhesive is Geo-binder based, structural flexible multipurpose gel adhesive for bonding tiles to virtually any surface, even in extreme conditions.
Kerakoll BioGel No Limits is available in both grey and white, in 20 kg bags.
Kerakoll BioGel No Limits has many features that make it ideally suited to tiling. Kerakoll BioGel No Limits Flexible Tile Adhesive has a thixotropic consistency that makes it very easy to work with, yet is equally suited to both high and low bed thickness applications and it has up to double the bucket life of normal cement based tile adhesives. It’s fluid consistency is excellent: It fully wets the back of tiles and suffers no vertical slip when tiling onto walls.
The White Shock version is an exceptionally bright white due to the pure white carrara marble powder that Kerakoll uses in the mixing process.
Kerakoll BioGel No Limits Flexible Tile Adhesive is eco-friendly, as it is formulated with locally-sourced minerals meaning lower greenhouse gas emission during transportation. It also contains recycled minerals thereby reducing the damage to the environment caused by extracting pure raw materials, and is single-component; avoiding the use of plastic cans reduces CO2 emissions and the need to dispose of special waste.
Kerakoll BioGel No Limits is also available in a rapid setting version – Kerakoll BioGel Revolution Rapid Set Tile Adhesive, and also a two-part mix bucket version – Kerakoll BioGel Extreme Tile Adhesive.

Preparation & Use:
• PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE
Substrates must comply with BS 5385, parts 1-5, be level, cured, undamaged, compact, rigid, resistant, dry and free from any debonding agents and from damp rising. Anhydrite substrates must have a residual humidity ≤ 0,5 CM-%. Cement-based screeds must have a residual humidity ≤ 2 CM-%. Anchored substrates must comply with BS 8204 and in anhydrite must have a residual humidity ≤ 0,3 CM-%.
• ADHESIVE PREPARATION
Mixing water (EN 1348)
Grey ≈ 30% – 32% by weight (≈ 7.5 – 8 ℓ / 1 bag)
Shock White ≈ 32.5% – 35.5% by weight (≈ 8 – 9 ℓ / 1 bag)
Mixing water on-site
For low thickness laying and full wettability: Grey ≈ 8 ℓ / 1 bag, Shock White ≈ 8 ℓ / 1 bag
On walls, for high and low thickness laying: Grey ≈ 7 ℓ / 1 bag, Shock White ≈ 6.7 ℓ / 1 bag
The amount of water to be added to Kerakoll BioGel No Limits Flexible Tile Adhesive, indicated on the packaging, is an approximate guide. It is possible to obtain mixtures with consistency of variable thixotropy according to the application to be made.
To guarantee structural adhesion it is necessary to apply a layer of adhesive sufficient to cover the entire back of the coating material. Large, rectangular sizes with sides > 60 cm and low thickness sheets may require adhesive to be applied directly to the back of the material. Check samples to make sure the adhesive has been transferred to the back of the material. Create elastic expansion joints:
– ≈ 10 m² in external applications,
– ≈ 40 m² in internal applications,
– every 8 metres in long, narrow applications.
Respect all structural, fractionizing and perimeterjoints present in the substrates.
